We do not believe in over-schooling our children with non-sense classes that have become part of traditional school curriculums that have absolutely no practical impact in a child’s life.
We strongly believe that a child needs to have a fully developed trade by the time they leave the village.
An enhanced transition program is a key part of their graduation, to ensure that each child understands the process of searching, filtering, acquiring and keeping a job.
For those wishing to continue into higher education, we assist students in the education paths available for them to benefit from, to include assisting them to apply for grants, scholarships, as well as pre-training them in how to take on a work / school life model, so there are no surprises once they get to institutions of higher learning.
We continue to expand the available trades offered at each village according to place, weather, funding, and availability of professional who can teach and mentor the children. We also aim to develop programs that have a high demand in the marketplace, to ensure the possibility of the highest success once each child graduates.
